Terms and conditions

Article 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of digital products made by PT. Badja Digital Studio, a company incorporated under Indonesian law with its registered office in Denpasar (Bali, Indonesia), trading under the commercial name melly_ba.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are digital content (travel guides, courses, downloadable documents).

These products are accessible online only, after purchase.

Article 3 – Prices and taxes

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.

Applicable taxes (including VAT) are determined and applied according to the buyer's country of residence, in accordance with the regulations in force in that country. The tax amount is displayed at checkout.

The company is registered in Indonesia under tax number (NPWP): 20.917.061.2-903.000.

The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Orders

All orders are firm and final once payment has been validated.

The customer declares having read these Terms before confirming the order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment system.

Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered in digital form.

After payment, the customer immediately receives either:

• a download link, or
• online access.

No physical product is shipped.

Article 7 – Immediate access and no refunds

The products sold are digital content supplied immediately after payment, in intangible form.

By confirming the order, the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that they obtain instant access to the product.

Accordingly, no right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund may be exercised once access to the product has been opened or the download made available.

This clause applies without prejudice to any mandatory rights the customer may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

Article 8 – Liability

The guides offered are based on personal experience and on information available at the time they were created.

The company cannot guarantee that the information remains accurate over time (prices, local conditions, accessibility, opening hours, etc.).

The customer is responsible for verifying the information before travelling.

Article 9 – Intellectual property

The products sold are strictly for personal use.

Any reproduction, resale, sharing or distribution is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of PT. Badja Digital Studio.

Article 10 – Personal data

Collected data is used for order processing and customer relations.

Customers may request the modification or deletion of their data at: hello@mellyba.com

Article 11 – Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
