Article 1 – Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of digital products carried out by Adjamagbo Digital Studio, operating under the trade name melly_ba.

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are digital contents including travel guides, training materials and downloadable documents.

These products are accessible online after purchase.

Article 3 – Pricing

Prices are displayed in euros including all taxes.

VAT is applied in accordance with current regulations.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The price applied is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4 – Order

Any order is final once payment has been validated.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered in digital format only.

After payment, the customer receives immediate access either:
via a download link
or through an online access

No physical product will be shipped.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

By confirming the order, the customer agrees to immediate access to the product and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

No refunds will be issued once access to the product has been granted.

Article 8 – Liability

The guides are based on personal experiences and information available at the time of creation.

The company cannot guarantee that all information remains accurate at all times including prices, local conditions or accessibility.

The customer is responsible for verifying information before traveling.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The products are intended for personal use only.

Any reproduction, resale, sharing or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Data collected is used for order processing and customer relationship management.

Article 11 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
