How do I consult the e-book on my smartphone?

All our guides come in PDF format so you can read them easily on your phone, tablet, or computer even without an internet connection.

  • If it doesn’t open, try downloading a free PDF app from the Play Store

I did not receive the email to download the guide?

You will receive an email confirming your purchase, as well as another email with the link to download your guide at any time. If you don't see them, check your spam folder. If they're there, move them to your inbox to make sure you get our next emails.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay safely by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Google Pay, Apple Pay and iDEAL. All payments are secure and protected

How do I find the guide on my phone?

In order to access the guide without internet and at any time, we recommend that you download and save it directly on your phone, either in the application Files (iPhone) or Google Drive/Downloads (Android).

Have you tested the recommended locations?

We only recommend places we REALLY loved (collaboration or not!) and we also also recommend places based on all our research (best locations, value for money, ratings on google/booking) so you really don't have to do anything (well yes, just choose according to your available budget!).

What is the advantage of a guide compared to a blog where I find the information for free?

As soon as a guide is purchased, you get all of its updates for free! They will be sent to you by email to the address provided during your purchase.

What format will I get after the purchase?

The e-books are interactive pdf files (with clickable links) that you can save and view from your phone. It is a format adapted for long mobile devices that can be scrolled like a site. Please don't print it ♻️
